Commercial & Industrial Fencing in Colorado Springs
I'm Manuel Loa. I co-own Paragon Fence Co with Rob Sylvia, and we're both carpenters. We build chain link, metal fence sections and anti-climb fencing for warehouses, lots, yards and business perimeters across the Pikes Peak region. Every post is galvanized steel, set at least 30 inches deep in concrete. Call 719-330-7146, Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Commercial fencing we install
Commercial chain link
We put in galvanized or vinyl-coated chain link. It's a good fit for yards, lots and long runs of perimeter. Read more about commercial chain link.
Steel and metal fence sections
For the side of your property customers see, metal fence sections look cleaner than chain link and still hold a line. See our post on black steel security fencing.
Anti-climb fencing
Some sites need a perimeter that's harder to climb than standard chain link. We install anti-climb fencing for those. I'll walk the site first and tell you what makes sense.
Who we fence for
Warehouses and industrial sites
Equipment and storage yards
Retail properties and parking lots
Apartment complexes and HOA common areas
Posts built for the Front Range
We get wind, rock and freeze and thaw here. So we start with the posts.
Galvanized steel posts, at least 30 inches deep in concrete
We use Postmaster galvanized steel posts. We set every one at least 30 inches deep in concrete. Read how deep fence posts should go.
Why we use steel posts
Steel posts cost more than cedar up front. We still use them, and we'll walk you through why. Compare them in steel vs. cedar vs. treated fence posts, or see our steel post fence page.
Our warranty
We warranty our steel posts for 25 years, and our workmanship for 1 year. Acts of God aren't covered.
